Please note our certification programs (learn to have fun diving) are designed to make sure you are comfortable in the water and will continue to dive long after your classes has ended. We are not a hurry up and get certified Program.

So if your thinking of getting certified please allow 6 to 8 weeks (1 night a week for 4 hours) of your time to become a confident diver.  After that you will be required to participate in a weekend certification dive in the Ocean. 

This allows you to be proficient at the skills, comfortable with the equipment and a knowledgeable diver.  We do not run a hurry up and get certified program, you will be FULLY trained at the end of your class.

At the end of the class/pool sessions you are required to do a weekend (both Sat and Sun) of dives (6) in the Ocean (or a referral to a warm water location).

Complete cost of the course is $400.00 (See breakdown below).  You will need your own Mask, Snorkel, Open heal fins and cold water boots.

Central Mass SCUBA offers Student discount on the above Equipment package avaibile.
