Please note that Central Mass SCUBA is only the facilitator of this trip. Our goal is to arrange an excellent dive trip to a premium resort for the best price possible and pass all the savings on to you. Although the is a shop trip whereby employees, assistants and invitees will be on the trip, Central Mass Scuba will not be acting in the role as trip leader or Dive Master. All of the dives will be lead by local operators you contract with.

Agreement of Liability and Responsibility and Release:
By participating in the trip you agree that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of participating in this trip.

1. Liability and Release: In traveling to and from any dive destination and during the trip itself, there are certain risks and dangers, including but not limited to hazards arising from the forces of nature, from living on board ship, from accident or illness without medical facilities, and from travel itself. In consideration of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in this trip, I assume all risks of harm, injury and damage to myself and my personal property arising out of my preparation for and participation in this trip. I agree to hold Central Mass Scuba harmless from, and to indemnify it against, any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature for injury to me, of my death and for any and all damage to, or destruction of my personal property, resulting from any and all negligent acts or omissions of Central Mass Scuba or its employees, agents, contractors or invitees.

2. Suppliers of Services: Central Mass Scuba is performing a service by making known to potential participants worthwhile scuba trips. But, Central Mass Scuba is acting independently and has no business association as partner or joint venture with any boat owner, resort, hotel, carrier or other supplier of sail or other transportation or other services. Any and all claims for inadequate or non-performance of such services may be made against the supplier of those services but shall not be made against Central Mass Scuba.
